Set up and tear down of tables and chairs for up to 80 is provided by hosts for your event.
Furniture removal and/or rearrangement is also taken care of by your hosts.
As seen in one of the photos in the gallery below, there is also room for children's tables and bride/groom table to be brought in if desired.
Provided on site are plates, silverware, water/pint glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses. Tables will be set to your preference with our supplies and assistance in decorating is available if needed. Clean up of dishes is taken care of by hosts but we ask renters provide assistance in clearing tables.
Next to dining room is a serving kitchen with a full kitchen on level above. Buffet tables can be provided for serving if needed.
Your host will be on hand to make sure all needs are attended to such as: garbage removal, bathroom supplies replenished, and anything else that you may need.
Our venue is unlike anything you will find. We offer a casual atmosphere for your guests to enjoy your special day if renting for a wedding reception or rehearsal, or a spacious environment for any other gathering. After the meal, the large bar area is perfect for dancing and socializing. Other smaller lounge areas provide a quieter space if desired.
In the bar area is a surround Sonos sound system that can be linked to your personalized playlist.
The rates for event space rental is dependent the size of your guest list, which determines the amount of set up, tear down and usage of supplies, etc.
