Weekend Rental
(can include multiple gatherings such as rehearsal dinner/wedding/Sunday brunch or other multiple day events)
For up to 80 guests, this package includes:
- Set up and tear down of seating for up to 80
- Servingware including plates, silverware, drinking glasses, wine and champagne glasses, serving dishes/platters, utensils, pots, pans
- Use of commercial kitchen (24" griddle, 4 burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators)
- Use of bar, (4 bar coolers, 2 ice makers, kegerator, glasses & bar tools)
- Personal assistance with serving, checking supplies and garbage removal

Do It Yourself
(for smaller gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, family reunions and more)
This package includes:

- Use of commercial kitchen (24" griddle, 4 burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators)
- Use of bar, (4 bar coolers, 2 ice makers, glasses & bar tools)
*Does not include lodging. Lodging must also be booked for this event package for the months of March - October.
Guests/renters are responsible for clean up.

Property Policies
- Contract: A venue rental agreement will be provided upon reservation. When booking the lodging through VRBO or Airbnb, you will be provided the house rules.
- Reservations:
-For groups 16 or less, reservations can be made on VRBO or Airbnb.
-For event space rental, 50% deposit required upon reservation and is refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation date. Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to reservation date.
- Check-in/Check-out: Property will be available for check-in at 2pm first day of rental. Check-out time is 11am on last day of rental. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available; please ask if needed.
Upon check out, please follow this short list to be sure you have everything:
- No smoking anywhere in building. Any debris from smoking outside will need to be picked up and disposed of by guests.
- No pets allowed on property.
